I have had one of the worst experiences with this company. During the initial discussions, the sales representative made numerous promises and assured me of a smooth and hassle-free process. However, once I had nearly completed all my payments, I was informed that I would need to pay significantly more than the originally quoted amount for my licence renewal. I made it clear that I no longer wished to continue with them, especially since I found much more affordable alternatives elsewhere. To my surprise, they then refused to provide an NOC, despite there being no mention of such a requirement in the contract or the proposal initially presented to me. Additionally, I requested a document that they had promised could be processed within a day. They charged me AED 1,050 for it, only to later claim that it could not be completed until Monday. Shortly afterwards, they informed me that it could be processed the same day for an additional AED 700. After paying the extra amount, the document was delivered within just 10 minutes, making it appear that the urgency fee was unnecessary and excessive. Based on my experience, I found the company to be unprofessional and lacking transparency. I would strongly advise anyone considering company formation services to exercise caution and thoroughly review all terms and costs before proceeding.
